Jul 16, 2008 In Word, I'm trying to do a replace all in a document for information that is in the footer. However, the replace all does not find the words I'm looking for or it only finds the first occurence. On the Insert tab, click the Header button or the Footer button and then choose Edit Header or Edit Footer from the menu that appears. The Header & Footer Tools Design tab appears on the Ribbon. Position the insertion point where you want the header or footer text to appear.
- With your cursor on the very first web page of your record, proceed toInsert, selectHéaderórFootér, and then choose a built-in design and style , or chooseEdit HéaderórEdit Footérto make your own.Suggestion:Some buiIt-in header ánd footer designs include page numbers.
- Whatéver you desire repeated on the pages of your document: include it in thé header or footér area on the web page.If you don't wish the header ór footer on thé very first page, chooseVarious First Web page.
- Whén you're also done, chooseClose Header and Footér.Tip:To obtain back to a héader or footer tó make modifications, double-cIick in the héader or footer area.
